Component verification / inspection is a key part to any manufacturing process, at 3D Solutions.
We have conducted hundreds of measurements across many industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to the oil & gas and nuclear sectors, using the best hardware and software suited to the task in hand. We produce in-depth and very detailed reports to a high standard by reporting out to CAD models, 2D drawings and/or GD&T.
Our wide variety of skills and knowledge allows us to use the right piece of equipment for each measurement, from small gauge arms to laser tracker’s and CMM’s. This enables us to carry out 1st article inspection, Single part or batch inspection or helping with any engineering investigation projects within any industry.
